Copywriting Service Project Pricing
I always price copywriting projects on a per project basis – you’ll never be surprised by a bill for hourly services after the fact. Unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand, the proposal I provide is non obligatory. Each proposal will include an overall, detailed list of work to be completed and itemization of costs included.
When we have agreed to work together, you’ll receive a contract with a scope of work clearly outlined which must be signed before work will begin. At that point, payment for the first half of the project is due, with final payment due upon completion of the project.
You may pay via PayPal, check, or money order. If you pay via check, the check must clear before work will begin on your project.
Once your project has started, all payments are nonrefundable unless I don’t deliver the agreed upon content. If you decided not to move forward with the project, your payment is nonrefundable.
Your cleared payment reserves time for your project in my schedule.
If the scope of work changes, this will be laid out in writing and agreed to by both parties. No additional charges will be added to a project estimate unless it is discussed and agreed to in writing by both parties.
If payment is not delivered within 30 days after project completion, a 2.5% late fee will be assessed each month payment is delayed.
Ownership of Work
You own any and all content produced by me on your behalf as a result of our work agreement, unless otherwise stated in writing. You agree to let Pauline Magnusson Copywriting use the work produced for you, royalty free, to include in a portfolio of samples.
You must guarantee, in writing, your ownership of images provided to Pauline Magnusson Copywriting for purposes of including in your online or print copywriting content.
